yes... there are 2 July' this year... i'm not lying.... its true...
according to the chinese lunar calendar... (ahhh... u must all be saying)
who pays attention to lunar calendars?.. hehe.. well.. if your b-day... chinese b-day is in july.... my mom's is... july 22.. thats today... so.. lucky her.. she actually has 3 b-days this year... the regular western one... and 2- july 22nds.... the next one is in mid september... since today is the only one i will be here to celebrate with her... we had a big family dinner... had some really good food.. dad's treat of course... my sis and i were responsible for the cake and flowers... :P
but... funny fact is.. not every month gets doubled.. i know it never happens for May... thats what my mom said... too bad for me.... why was i born in May? sucks totally.... i want more presents ><

in addition... no one knows me like karin... an apple.. is not just an apple... and... an apple.. is not necessarily red.... it can be green... it can be fake.. it can be sour... it can be sweet... it can be crunchy... and can be soft... but it cannot be all of the above... (only she would understand)

nothing is what it seems... and one cannot judge anything with their eyes.... eyes tell lies.. and are misleading.... one must use all other senses.... of all the senses... the eyes tell u the least .... listen with your heart.... the world will be much clearer when u close your eyes to see the world through your other senses... (i've heard all this from somewhere... i didnt make it up... but.. i think its true).... so.. apples are not just apples... da vinci code anyone? haha

about july.. it's supposed to be kind of bad because in hong kong/chinese traditions, the month of july is when the 'path' to 'ghost world' is um.. more visible? (especially on july 14)~ but to me, it's just means that mid-autumn holiday will be later this year :(

aww i'll miss the good o' days of summer. tho i already had 6 months of that. the sooner autumn comes the sooner i'll be in school ~ and the sooner cold weather hits!.... =(
still remembering my escape to HK from the winter/spring. arghhhhh...
why is it everyone likes to analyze apples!! u have no idea how may times in my major we looked at apple analogies (oh eve, "oh woman"--alan)...hehe, i guess karin and selina are such experts b/c they are such little devils
