the first thing i did was walk up the stairs that connect our hillside apartment with the main road below near victoria park...
then... i visited a tree in the area, very famous for its size and how its protected right in the middle of the road...making traffic go around it
look at its roots...
its a banyan tree... so these are its twig/vines...
a motor bike parked in the middle of the road where the tree is...
the there was another more hidden set of stairs... and a curious creature was resting...
and.. then i found my home!!!
thats the tower...not very high... i actually dotn remember which floor i lived on... i should ask my mom... i believe its the one on the left of this photo the ones with the turquoise railings.. but not sure :P
theres are the stairs i climbed up.... but.. upon leaving.. instead of taking them again.. i took the sloping downhill road... leading to the tin hau temple
this is a very old temple in the area... i remember coming here during chinese new years... and seeing firecrackers... somehow.. although it was raining, i think the weather made it much more appropriate to visit a place of memories

nice pics.. so THIS was what you were taking pics of when you called me! (and also the place where you met an 'interesting person' hahah...)
anyway hope you're feeling better :D i think we all get bouts of weird feelings... (maybe u just needed to see me :P haha jk)
